Dr. Ruby Dubey

Dr. Ruby Dubey is an accomplished Clinical Trial Operations Manager and Homoeopathic Consultant with more than a decade of diverse experience in clinical research, medical practice, and evidence-based homoeopathy. Based in Pune, she has built a strong professional reputation by successfully managing multi-centric clinical studies for leading pharmaceutical, ayurvedic, herbal, and nutraceutical organizations. Her expertise spans clinical trial coordination, monitoring, regulatory submissions, data management, and pharmacovigilance, complemented by extensive hands-on clinical practice in homeopathy.

Dr. Dubey holds a B.H.M.S. degree from S.K.R.P. Gujarati Homoeopathic Medical College, Indore (2011), followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research & Data Management (2014), a Diet & Nutrition Certification (2015), and a Diploma in Psychology & Counselling (2018). These interdisciplinary qualifications strengthen her holistic approach toward patient care, research ethics, and clinical operations.

Since 2015, she has been associated with Target Institute of Medical Education & Research Pvt. Ltd. (TIMER), progressing from Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) and Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to Clinical Trial Operations Manager in 2021. She has overseen more than 48 clinical studies, including high-impact research on immunity boosters, COVID-19 interventions, metabolic disorders, women’s health, paediatrics, renal calculus, osteoarthritis, microbiota studies, insomnia, herbal formulations, and medical devices. Her responsibilities include site management, monitoring oversight, TMF maintenance, staff training, regulatory compliance, and extensive coordination with sponsors, investigators, CROs, and ethics committees.

Dr. Dubey’s prior experience includes roles as Medical Data Reviewer at Medscript Medical Summarization and as Clinical Research Coordinator at Orange Life Science Services, where she contributed to trials in pediatrics, diabetes, duodenal ulcers, hypertension, and asthma.

A prolific academic contributor, she has authored and co-authored 13+ publications in Scopus-indexed, PubMed-indexed, and international peer-reviewed journals across themes such as toxic anger, nanotechnology in homoeopathy, osteoarthritis, lunar influences, gastrointestinal disorders, tobacco cessation, biomaterials, and sustainable agriculture. She also serves as Associate Editor for The Homoeopathic Heritage (2025) and an active reviewer for IJCRT, JETIR, and IJRAR.

Her clinical homoeopathic practice spans 12 years, addressing chronic and acute illnesses, women’s health conditions, paediatric disorders, mental health counselling, and preventive healthcare. She has attended numerous national and international workshops covering GCP, ethics, data validation, medical writing, autism assessment, clinical audits, decentralized trials, and COVID-19 training.
